Charles Hackney offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of the HR Compliance Audit, including one-time PDF reports, Compliance Pro subscriptions, and audit credit packs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to access your order.
  2. Select the order you want refunded and follow the refund request flow.
  3. You can also contact us through the support channels on the Service and we will help you process the refund through Paddle.

Subscriptions

For Compliance Pro subscriptions, you can cancel at any time from your account page. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment and want a refund of that payment, submit a refund request through Paddle as above.

How long refunds take

Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
