Frequently asked questions

Search common questions about acceptable use, AI content, enforcement, and refunds.

What am I allowed to use the Service for?
You may use the Service for lawful workplace-investigation and business purposes — for example, drafting internal investigation reports, intake summaries, evidence logs, and interview prompts. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and remain responsible for how you use any generated output.
acceptable use
Can I upload employee personal data?
Only if you have a lawful basis to process it. Do not upload special-category or sensitive personal data (health records, biometric data, government IDs, financial account numbers) unless the Service explicitly supports that feature. When in doubt, use synthetic or anonymized examples.
acceptable use
Can I resell or redistribute generated content?
No. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, mirror, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output as a competing product. Generated content is for your own internal business use unless you purchase a license that explicitly permits resale.
acceptable use
Is AI-generated content guaranteed to be legally compliant?
No. AI outputs are starting drafts, not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. They may be incomplete, outdated, or biased. Always have a qualified professional — such as an employment attorney or workplace-investigations expert — review outputs before adopting or distributing them.
ai content
Can I use the Service to generate any content I want?
No. You may not generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content. You may not create deepfakes, impersonate people or organizations, produce disinformation, generate malware or phishing material, or request instructions for illegal activity.
ai content
Who owns the prompts and outputs I create?
You must have all necessary rights to any content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. Generated outputs are provided for your use subject to these terms, but we do not claim ownership of your original prompts or proprietary business context.
ai content
What happens if I violate this policy?
We may remove or refuse to generate content, restrict outputs, rate-limit usage, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse charges, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
enforcement
Will I receive a warning before my account is suspended?
We may act without prior notice for serious violations, ongoing abuse, or situations that pose legal or security risks. Less severe issues may receive a warning or temporary restriction first. Each case is reviewed individually.
enforcement
Can I get a refund if my account is terminated for a violation?
Refunds are not guaranteed for accounts terminated due to policy violations. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances, the timing of the violation, and the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
refunds
What is your refund policy?
Refund terms are set out in Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions. Generally, refunds are evaluated based on the time since purchase, usage, and the reason for the request. Refunds are typically not provided for accounts terminated due to abuse or policy violations.
